We at Berlee's Fancies are committed to 100% confidentiality.  We will never sell or rent our customer information to any third party.

Shipping

Please note that due to the inherent fragility of our gift baskets and in order to provide the recipient with the highest quality gift, Berlee's Fancies ships each gift basket individually. Therefore, shipping is charged per gift basket ordered based upon the price of each gift basket. All gift basket orders will be confirmed by phone or email before charging your card.

Substitutions

We are constantly searching the markets for new and unique items.  Because of this, our inventory goes through periodic changes.  Therefore, products you see in our pictures may be substituted with new items, of equal or greater value.  At Berlee's Fancies, quality is always our top priority.

Cancellations

Cancellations of orders must be made within 24 hours after time of order or 24 hours before time of scheduled delivery.

Recipient Address

Please enter your information carefully on our online order form making certain that addresses given are complete and correct.  If there is a mistake or omission in shipping information provided, there may be an additional fee from UPS or any other carrier used that will be charged to the customer.

Returns

We strive to meet your expectations in quality gift giving.  We guarantee all our products to arrive fresh and in good quality.  In the event of a problem, please notify us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify it.  We reserve the right to request that an unsatisfactory item be returned to us prior to replacement.
